Who Do I Contact?
At Burlington FC, we want to make it easy for families, players, coaches, and volunteers to get answers and support. To ensure questions are addressed quickly and by the right person, we encourage everyone to start with the individual closest to the issue.
Most concerns can be resolved quickly when they are directed to the appropriate coach or staff member.
Team Coach
Your coach should be the first point of contact for most team-related questions.
Contact your coach regarding:
- Attendance and availability
- Team schedules and logistics
- Training questions
- Match-day expectations
- Playing time discussion
- Team culture concerns
- Minor player development questions
Technical Directors
Boys & Girls Technical Directors oversee the soccer experience, player development pathways, competition levels, and coaching standards across the club.

- Requests for player movement between teams

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors provides governance, strategic direction, and financial oversight for Burlington FC.
The Board is not involved in day-to-day operations and should not be the first point of contact for team, coaching, registration, scheduling, or administrative matters.
The Board may become involved in:
- Governance matters
- Ethics concerns
- Safety concerns
- Formal appeals after staff review

Some questions may require consultation with coaches, staff, or volunteers before a complete response can be provided. In those cases, we will communicate next steps and expected timelines.
